Introducing the new CEO for Logos,
Casper Bøyesen-Laugen

As announced in June, I have decided to take on a new role focusing on our commercial activities. I am therefore pleased to present Casper Bøyesen-Laugen as the new CEO for Logos.

Casper is 44 years old and has built solid knowledge of a both technical and commercial nature. He has a long experience from the software industry and has successfully driven growth strategies in companies across a number of industries.

Logos is facing unique opportunities for significant expansion in the years to come. Based on our strong solutions and solid position in the Nordics, we see an exciting development within the verticals, we focus on. This development will open to a range of new growth opportunities for Logos. This autumn we look forward to presenting our new strategy, which will support our ambition to make Logos the leading player within self-service payment solutions in Europe.

By choosing Casper we get a leader with the experience and the qualities we need for us to implement and execute the new strategy and lift Logos to the next level.

Casper will be starting September 1st, and we all look forward to working with him and to the continued development of Logos

In the future, I will take on the role as CCO with the responsibility for sales and business development.

Should you have any questions, both Casper and I will be glad to hear from you.

Best regards,
Lars Clausen

Logos strenghtens the organization

Logos strenghtens the organization

Logos strenghtens the organization

The solid development of Logos over the past +10 years is primarily based on the development of successful products, solution concepts and cooperation with both customers and partners. These are activities that I’ve overseen and driven and will continue to be part of

The future development of the company will be based on constant development of our verticals and more importantly further internationalisation. We find ourselves in an exciting market and have a very large potential internationally.

At the same time, the company has reached a size where general management of daily operations, internal processes, systems, etc. continues to take more time, and going forward it will play an even more important part in the continued development of the company.

To ensure success in development of both business and management I have therefor decided to take on a new role as responsible for our commercial activities and at the same time strengthening the company with a new CEO.

In my new role I will be responsible for the sales organization and continue to be part of the management. The roles of Thomas G. Nielsen and Michael Storm will remain unchanged, and they will still refer to me.

I look forward to dedicating myself to the development of our commercial activities, including product concepts, strategic customers, new markets, partners, strategic partnerships in the payment industry and much more. I’m convinced that this change will create additional value for all, including customers, partners, Logos, and our employees.

We are in the process of finding a new CEO, and until that is in place, everything of course will remain the same.

Kind regards

Lars Clausen CEO
