If you have more than one product, you can upload a document. It is important that the document contains product information as below.

Do you want a SWAP device to be sent or repaired on account?

A SWAP is a refurbished unit with the same functionality and warranty terms as when purchasing a new unit. The SWAP device will be sent no later than 2 days after receipt of this form. SWAP prices are usually at least a 40% discount compared to the recommended new price. Not all devices are offered as SWAP. If the product is vandalized, you must expect the SWAP price to increase.

When repairing an account, a processing time of at least 20 working days can be expected.

In case of warranty failure, "repair on account" must be selected.
