Wash’r privacy policy
The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you of the personal data LOGOS Payment Solutions A/S (hereinafter referred to as “LOGOS”) will process in connection with your use of the app Wash’r (hereinafter referred to as the “App”).
Data Processor
When you create a profile and subsequently use the App, LOGOS will process some of your personal data.
The personal data has been disclosed to LOGOS by LOGOS’s business partner, which operates the car wash you wish to use by means of the app. Thus, the business partners are data controllers, while LOGOS is the data processor on behalf of the business partners.
LOGOS has concluded data processing agreements with all data controlling business partners, and LOGOS only processes your personal data according to directions from the data controlling business partners and in accordance with the legislation.

Which type of information is processed by LOGOS and for what purpose?
As data processor, LOGOS will process the types of personal data listed below on behalf of the business partner. The purpose of the processing is to make the App and its functions available to you. LOGOS will process the following personal data on you:
- Your name
- Your e-mail address
- Your telephone number
- Your car’s licence plate
- Your location
From where is your personal data collected?
Your personal data is collected directly from you by the business partner. Subsequently, LOGOS is processing your personal data on behalf of the data controlling business partner in connection with your use of the App.
To whom do we disclose personal data?
LOGOS will only disclose personal data to other data processors and third parties when allowed under the law or required by law. If LOGOS uses another data processor in connection with the performance of specific processing activities on behalf the data controlling business partner, the other data processor shall be subject to the same data protection obligations as those stipulated in the data processing agreement between LOGOS and the data controlling business partner.
These data processors and third parties shall not be entitled to use your personal information for their own purposes. Moreover, we only use data processors within the EU/EEA or countries offering a sufficient level of security.
Personal data will typically be disclosed to public authorities, accounting companies, law firms, financial institutions, insurance companies, suppliers and business partners etc.
Storage period
Personal data is stored for the period of time allowed under the law, and we will erase it once it is no longer needed to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected.
When you delete your user account on the App, we will erase all your personal data on you, which we are not required to store in accordance with the law. We will store personal data on you to the extent allowed under the law and 1) necessary in order to comply with the current legislation, 2) when the data is still relevant to us in connection with the operation of the company, 3) when the personal data is necessary in order to prepare and defend ourselves in any dispute or court proceedings or 4) is otherwise deemed necessary.
Security
LOGOS has taken technical and organisational measures to prevent that your personal data is accidently or illegally erased, publicly disclosed, lost, altered or is brought to the attention of unauthorised third parties, misused or otherwise processed contrary to the law.
The right to access, rectification and data portability
At LOGOS, you always have a right to obtain access to the information being processed about you. Moreover, you can receive the personal data in a structured, commonly used and readable format.
Also, you have a right to demand rectification, erasure or blocking of data that is incorrect, misleading or in similar manner processed contrary to the law.

The right to erasure and restriction of processing
In certain cases, you have a right to have your personal data erased. In addition, in some cases you have a right to restriction of processing of your personal data, whereupon your personal data only will be stored.

The right to object
In case your personal data is processed in order for us to pursue a necessary and legitimate interest or for marketing purposes, you also have a right to object against the processing.

Consent
In case we process your personal data based on consent, you can inform us at any point in time that you wish to withdraw your consent, and we will then no longer process your personal data unless we have other reasons for doing so.
However, please note that in case you withdraw such consent, we will no longer be able to make the App and its functions available to you.

Location services
The App has been based on recognition between your location and the business partner’s car wash that you would like to use. Location services can be activated and deactivated in the App through settings on your tablet at any point in time. If you deactivate location services, it is not possible for the App to recognise the car wash in question, and then the App will not work as intended.
Firebase Crashlytics
In order to improve the stability and usability of the App, we collect technical data on the App’s condition in case the App closes following an error. This is made by means of a tool offered by a third party. Neither LOGOS nor the third party collects your personal data in that respect.
